South Koreans are world’s No.2 Music Pirates, or are they?

South Korea was part of International Intellectual Property Alliance regarded as more important piracy watchlist in year 2009. The members from RIAA and MPAA had been requesting for actions which are strong enough to withstand adverse conditions.

Based on report conducted every year of state-run illegal observation the Korea Copyright Commission, it discovered a total of 35,345 occurrences of copyright action of breaking the terms of a law from so-called “cyberlocker” assistance.
