Employment in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

Employment in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

I believe that in an era where artificial intelligence is advanced, it will still have some impact on people’s employment. This is a matter with both advantages and disadvantages. For customers, artificial intelligence may be more convenient because robots do not need rest, and working hours and efficiency will increase significantly. However, at the same time, AI cannot fully interpret customers’ needs. In this regard, I think most positions cannot do without humans. So in the age of artificial intelligence, employment will have some impact, but it cannot completely be separated from human work. For example, in banks, although there are machines handling business, there is still a need for human customer service because the program of the machine cannot reach the level of manual processing. At the same time, I think if people think that the current employment pressure is high and difficult, they can try to learn artificial intelligence technology. People can continuously optimize artificial intelligence to serve people’s lives. We create artificial intelligence and optimize it to make it serve people, not to replace something. We give artificial intelligence life, and it will help us work and bring convenience to people’s lives. I think this is a win-win approach. So people do not need to be worried about employment because of the existence of artificial intelligence. As long as we strive to improve ourselves, we will definitely have a place in the field we are good at. At that time, artificial intelligence will become our assistant, allowing people not to be troubled by some small problems and focusing their energy on the things they really need to spend time thinking about. Therefore, I believe that employment in the age of artificial intelligence will not have a significant impact on humans.
